On 22 September of this year, the Sutton Guardian reported that 22 housing partnership homes in Sutton had had new replacement windows and doors approved.
The properties in question are, on the whole, two-storey terraced homes that have now been renovated into apartments. There is a large block of flats which is also being updated.
Meeting to discuss double glazing in Sutton
On 17 September, Sutton Council’s planning committee met and approved the new doors and windows. The decision means that double glazing will now be installed in these 22 Sutton-based homes.
The updates will take place in properties located exclusively within Stonecot Hill and the St Helier Estate.
